Unless specified, all products are covered with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty if the damage is due to manufacturing defect. Warranty is not applied to commercial usage. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage arising from abnormal use or abuse and any indirect or consequential loss.
Upon receipt of full payment and the invoice, Sogar Pty Ltd assumes that you have accepted the terms outlined above.
Shipping Policy
All delivery costs quoted are based on ground floor basis, unless stated otherwise. It is the buyers’ responsibility to make arrangement to carry the item upstairs. Our courier company does not offer delivery to upstairs, unless arranged beforehand.
14-days Money Back Guarantee – Refund Policy
We are so confident you will be delighted with your purchase that we are proud to offer you a 14-day no questions asked returns policy.
If you are unhappy with the product you are entitled to a refund providing that we are informed within 14 days of delivery. All delivery cost will be at the buyers’ expense. Therefore the refund will be given minus the total delivery and collection costs. All items must be in the original wrappings and not assembled or part assembled or damanged in any way.
Damaged Goods – Refund Policy
It is the buyers’ responsibility to inspect the goods within 7-days of delivery. Any damage/faulty claims or refunds after 7 days of delivery will be treated as a warranty claim. Buyer has to pay for all delivery costs incurred in the claim process. Policy excludes damages caused by couriers in transit.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
Sogar Pty Ltd warrants all goods from manufacturing defects ie material and workmanship for a 12 months period. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use, damage arising from abnormal use, from not being properly maintained and/or being modified goods. Sogar Pty Ltd has the ultimate discretion to obtain proof of purchase and any further information to decide on warranty outcomes.
Products will be repaired or replaced, depending on product circumstances and it is solely at management’s discretion.
Courier Service Policy
All items are delivered using a third party courier service (Courier). By placing this order, you agree that while Sogar will use best efforts to follow up on your behalf with the Courier in respect of any delayed or damaged goods, Sogar is not responsible for any delay, loss or damage (including loss of, deterioration in, mis-delivery of, or failure to deliver, goods) that may occur once your item has departed our warehouse. You can assist us by inspecting goods upon delivery for damage and, if goods are damaged, writing ‘DAMAGED’ on the consignment note or PDA screen, rather than signing ‘received in good condition’.
